Vivo has released official pictures of the Vivo X100 Pro ahead of the launch event, giving a look at its appearance and available colours. The inclusion of Zeiss-branded cameras, a V2 Imaging chip, and a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC in the Vivo X100 Pro has already been revealed. The most recent and potent flagship chip from MediaTek is the Dimensity 9300, and the Vivo X100 Pro is expected to deliver exceptional image quality thanks to its Zeiss-branded cameras. The Vivo X100 Pro’s camera performance is anticipated to be significantly enhanced by the company’s proprietary image chip, the V2.

Vivo X100 Pro India Launch and Price

The Vivo X100 Pro is scheduled to go on sale in China at 7:00 p.m. tonight (4.30 p.m. IST). Even though Vivo hasn’t released any official information yet, it should be available in India 2024 first quarter and other international markets.

Leaks indicate that the Vivo X100 Pro’s base model will likely cost CNY 3,999, or roughly Rs 45,600. Given that the Pro version of the Vivo X90 costs Rs 84,999 and the regular model was introduced in India for Rs 59,999, the predicted price in India is a little higher.

Ahead of its introduction, Vivo has made available the X100 Pro’s first official photos. Four colour options are visible in the images: orange, white, blue, and black. The orange hue looks to have a leather back, while the blue colour features white details inspired by star trails. The phone also features a sizable camera island with an LED flash above it and four Zeiss-branded sensors below it.

Performance-wise, the Vivo X100 Pro is anticipated to be an improvement over the Vivo X90 Pro. According to reports, the 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen in the Vivo X100 series offers a high-quality visual experience thanks to its 120Hz refresh rate and 2800×1260 pixel resolution.

In terms of performance, the Low Power Double Data Rate 5 Turbo (LPDDR5T) technology that the Vivo X100 series is expected to introduce will be the first in the world. This technology is said to be 13% quicker than the LPDDR5X DRAM that is often found in flagship handsets today.

The MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC is likely powering the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro, while the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC may power the X100 Pro+ model, indicating strong performance across the lineup.

With a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and a 64MP periscope lens with amazing features like 3X optical zoom and 100X digital zoom, the Vivo X100 has an amazing camera combination. The features of the X100 Pro are said to have a 50MP Sony IMX989 primary sensor, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera sensor, and a 64MP OmniVision OV64B telephoto sensor. With a 50MP Sony IMX989 sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX598 ultra-wide lens, a 50MP Sony IMX758 portrait sensor, and a 200MP Samsung HP3 sensor telephoto periscope camera with 10x magnification, the X100 Pro+ is anticipated to improve photography.

A 32MP front camera from the Vivo X100 series is rumoured to be on the front. It is expected that the phones would come pre-installed with Funtouch OS, a customized skin of Android 14 that offers an easy-to-use interface with plenty of features.

According to rumours, the Vivo X100 would include a 5,000mAh battery that can enable 120W fast charging. It is anticipated that the Pro model will have a larger 5,400mAh battery that supports 50W wireless charging and 120W rapid charging.
