Royal Enfield ShotGun 650

On November 24 in Goa, the annual Royal Enfield Rider Mania event—which is now known as Motoverse—got underway with a bang. At the opening ceremony, the firm stunned everyone by revealing the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650. The model, according to the brand, is made in small quantities and will be given away to the 25 guests through a lucky lottery.

Next year, the bobber-style motorcycle will be available in India, with a starting price of Rs 4.25 lakh (ex-showroom). Beginning in the new year, the delivery will take place. Until midnight today, individuals who wish to try their luck (only to the Motorverse community) can pre-book the bike. You never know, you might be the fortunate buyer who gets to keep the Shotgun 650!

Royal Enfield Shotgun 650: Motoverse Edition

The most recent RE 650’s prices will be revealed closer to its formal introduction, which still seems far off. For Rs 4.25 lakh (ex-showroom), the firm is providing a chance for 25 fortunate Motoverse guests to purchase a limited edition Shotgun 650 model featuring an interesting paint scheme displayed during the event. This limited edition features youthful body designs along with a dual-tone blue and white paint job.

Regarding the overall appearance, the Shotgun 650 has a very aggressive left, right, and centre. The Royal Enfiled appears to have made a concerted attempt to attract the attention of motorheads. It has individually designed paint jobs with handmade neon-coloured graphics all over the car. Aside from this, the Shotgun 650 is a true masterpiece thanks to its elegantly chopped back fender, bar-end mirrors, smart round-shaped LED headlight, and all-black hardware, including the engine front and exhaust.

Neon detailing and a skillfully constructed gradient may be seen in the hand-painted body panels. Reservations for this exclusive model conclude at midnight on November 25, and the first 25 units will be delivered starting in January 2024.

Royal Enfield Speciality

Because there is just one seat in the car, it appears even more elegant in the class. The roadster is equipped with thick tires and attractive alloy wheels. Additionally, it has front forks that are upside-down, which will make every ride as smooth as butter.

Royal Enfield Engine

The same 649cc, air/oil-cooled, parallel-twin engine powers the Shotgun 650. It is connected to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. Although the exact production numbers are uncertain, a comparable 47 horsepower and 52.3 Nm of peak torque are anticipated. A six-speed gearbox is coupled to the power source in terms of the transmission.

Hardware-wise, it has inverted front forks with integrated aluminium top yoke and dual back springs. With the assistance of dual-channel ABS, disc brakes on both ends perform the braking function.
