Delhi G20 Summit
India will host the G-20 leaders’ summit in New Delhi on September 9 and 10, 2023, according to a statement from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Tuesday. Around 200 meetings are slated to take place between December 2022 and August 2023. The Delhi G-20 summit is set for September 9–10, 2023, and member nations as well as guest countries are expected to attend.
According to the MEA, India would be inviting Bangladesh, Egypt, Mauritius, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Oman, Singapore, Spain, and the UAE as guests while holding the G20 Presidency.

Delhi traffic police conduct carcade rehearsal ahead of G20 summit
The Delhi Traffic Police performed a thorough carcade rehearsal along a number of routes on Wednesday morning as part of the preparations for the impending 18th G20 Summit of international leaders in Delhi. The exercise started at several hotels and ended at Pragati Maidan.
The Delhi Traffic Unit planned the route for this carcade practice, which took in well-known thoroughfares including the Salimgarh Bypass, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Bhairon Marg, Mathura Road, C-Hexagon, Sardar Patel Marg, and Gurgaon Road. Problem with ‘left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles
As leaders from other nations arrive for the summit, some 100 left-hand drive (LHD) automobiles will travel Delhi’s streets. Although it is generally against the law to drive these cars in India, the Delhi Police will make an exemption because of the G20 Summit.
Some G20 members will provide LHD cars, and the Indian Ministry of External Affairs has sent some as well, to transport the leaders.
